Make videos people trust. Not videos people scroll past.

You know your business. You know your stuff. But turning that expertise into video that makes the right people stop, listen and trust you? That's harder.

I help regulated firms, expert businesses and course creators work out what to say, how to say it and how to use video to turn your expertise into trust — and trust into action.

I’m Jeremy Mason.

For 28+ years I’ve worked in broadcast for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, NBC and Netflix — learning how to make people watch, listen and care.

Now I apply that experience to business video, helping experts and businesses turn what they know into clear, credible and useful video.

A good business video has a job to do — to explain, build trust, answer a question or help someone take the next step.

The important thing isn’t simply making a video.

It’s knowing why you’re making it.

You know you should be doing more with video. But...

“We know we need video. We just don’t know what we should actually make.”

“We’ve tried video before. It didn’t really generate anything.”

“We’ve got years of expertise, but turning it into useful video is harder than it sounds.”

If any of those sound familiar, you’re in the right place.

So, how can I help?

There isn’t one right way to use video.

Sometimes you need someone to take the whole thing off your hands.

Sometimes you want to build the skills inside your business.

And sometimes you’ve already got the people and the ideas — you just need someone to help you work out the strategy.

The right approach depends on where you are now.

Done-For-You Video Production

You don’t need to become a video expert.

I’ll help you work out what the video needs to achieve, who it’s for and what needs to be said — then handle the production from planning and script through to finished film.

So you’re not simply getting professionally shot footage. You’re getting video built around a clear business purpose.

You’re working with someone who spent 28+ years behind the camera for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Netflix — and who has spent the last five years applying that experience to business marketing.

So you get both sides of the equation:

The craft to make the video look and sound professional.

The marketing thinking to make sure there’s a reason for making it.

What you get:

Projects start at £12,000 + VAT.

If that’s not the right route for you right now, that’s absolutely fine.

You may get more value from learning the skills yourself — and that’s why the Learn path exists.

Ready to take video off your plate?

We’ll start by working out what the video needs to achieve.
If I don’t think a production is going to move the business forward, I’ll tell you.

Or, learn how to do it yourself

You don’t need to become a content creator.

I can help you get clearer on your message, become more confident on camera and build a practical way to create video consistently with the equipment you already have.

Video Unlocked – Free

A simple, low-pressure starting point if you know you need to show up on video but feel awkward, self-conscious or unsure what to say.

You’ll work through the basics of your message, framing, lighting and natural on-camera delivery — and finish with your own recorded 60–90 second intro video.

You’ll also have a simple setup and pre-camera routine you can use again whenever you press record.

No specialist gear. No presenting experience required. Just the phone you already own and a willingness to have a go.

Getting views, but not enquiries?

Client Magnet Method (£37 / $47)

This is where we go deeper into who you’re actually talking to and what they need to hear.

Across seven practical lessons, you’ll build a clearer customer avatar and messaging system — including your core offer, their practical and emotional pains, the Before and After states you’re helping them move between, and the language that makes your message more specific.

You’ll finish with a Unified Customer Avatar and AI Context Library you can reuse when creating videos, writing content or working with tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.

Because better production won’t rescue a message that isn’t relevant.

Want me in the room with you?

This isn’t another course to watch.

We work together live. You press record. I direct and coach you while you create the video, and we work through the edit together.

You finish with something published — and the skills to do it again.

Ready to bring AI into the workflow?

If you’ve experimented with AI tools but still don’t have a reliable way of turning ideas and generated clips into finished business videos, this is the next step.

You’ll learn a repeatable workflow:

Plan → Gather → Generate → Assemble → Deploy → Review

You’ll create purposeful AI scenes and B-roll, work through the editing and assembly process and build a complete AI-enhanced video from start to finish.

You’ll also create a 4–8 week video campaign plan, so you’re not simply experimenting with tools or posting random clips.

The aim isn’t more AI for the sake of AI.

It’s a calmer, more structured way to use the technology to help you create credible video that’s aligned with your business goals.

Not sure where to begin?

Start with Video Unlocked.

It’s free, you don’t need previous video experience, and you’ll finish with a real 60–90 second video rather than another folder full of notes.

Work out what video should actually be doing

Maybe making the videos isn’t the problem.

You may already have a team, freelancer or people internally who can produce them. What you’re missing is clarity around what to make, who it’s for, which questions to answer and where video fits in the customer journey.

That’s where strategy comes in.

Not sure what you need yet?

Video Fit Scorecard — Free

Start here if you know video could play a bigger role in your business but aren’t sure whether you need training, strategic support or full production.

Answer a few short questions about where you are now, what you’re trying to achieve, your resources and — where relevant — compliance.

The aim is simple:

work out the right next step before you start spending time or money making videos.

The message isn't clear enough yet?

Client Magnet Method (£37 / $47)

Sometimes the video strategy problem actually starts one step earlier.

If you’re not completely clear about who you’re trying to reach, what they’re struggling with and why your offer matters to them, creating more video won’t fix it.

Client Magnet Method helps you build that foundation — including your customer avatar, pain points, Before and After states, core offer and an AI Context Library you can reuse across your marketing.

Because it’s very difficult to decide what videos to make until you’re clear about who you’re making them for.

Want to build the strategy with me?

This is for you if you don’t just need another course.

You want someone alongside you to help work out what your video should be doing — and then actually get it made.

Across six live 1:1 sessions, we’ll map a basic video strategy around your ideal client and create two authority videos together.

We’ll work through the message, talking points, recording and editing, then build a simple repurposing and publishing workflow you can continue using afterwards.

You finish with:

  • Two authority videos, edited and ready to publish
  • A basic video strategy mapped to your ideal client
  • Talking-point frameworks you can reuse
  • A short-form repurposing system
  • A publishing workflow you can run yourself

So you don’t leave with a strategy document sitting in a folder.

You leave with the strategy already being put into practice.

Already have people who can make the videos?

Good.

You may not need more production capability at all.

The useful conversation might simply be:

  • What should we make?
  • What should we stop making?
  • Which questions should we become known for answering?
  • What evidence do we need to show
  • And where should video sit in the wider marketing and sales journey?

That’s the point of strategy. Not creating more content.

Making fewer videos with clearer jobs.

Not sure which route fits?

Start with the Video Fit Scorecard.

It takes a couple of minutes and is designed to help work out whether the sensible next move is training, implementation support or a larger production project.

Not sure which?

The scorecard will tell you straight — including when the answer is neither.

Who I help

I work with businesses where trust is part of the buying decision.

Aesthetic & clinical businesses

You do skilled, highly personal work. The challenge is showing the care, expertise and precision behind it — without drifting into influencer-style content or creating compliance headaches.

I help you create clear, credible video that builds confidence in what you do and why it matters.

[See the Aesthetic Video Approach →]

Experts, consultants & course creators

You have the expertise. The challenge is turning what you know into video people will actually watch — without creating a backlog of half-finished content or spending your life feeding an algorithm.

I help you create clear, useful video with a repeatable process you can keep using.

[See the Training Path →]

Regulated Professional Firms

Your people know their stuff. The challenge is getting that expertise on camera without creating bottlenecks, approval delays or unnecessary stress.

I help you build a clear, approval-friendly video process that makes it easier to create credible content consistently — without every video becoming a major project.

What we're not

Let’s save you some time.

  • Not a social media agency.
We don’t churn out content simply so you’ve got something to post.
  • Not just a videographer.
We don’t start with cameras. We start with what the video needs to achieve.
  • Not an influencer factory.
You don’t need to chase trends, dance for the algorithm or become someone you’re not.

What we are

A video strategy, training and production partner for businesses where trust matters.

We help you work out what to say, how to say it and how to turn what you know into video that makes the right people stop, listen and trust you.

Because the goal isn’t more content.

It’s video with a job to do.

28+ years learning what makes people watch, listen and care.

I’ve spent more than 28 years working in broadcast for organisations including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, NBC and Netflix — and the last five combining that production experience with marketing strategy for more than 50 businesses and business owners.

Not to make business video look like television.

But to bring discipline to the things that matter: the message, the audience and the reason for making it.

What changed when they put video to work

Different businesses. Different reasons for using video. But the same principle: get clear on the message, create the right video and give it a job to do.

“I’m delighted with the response to my weekly news videos. Each one now reaches around 200 viewers, with 700–1000 impressions — way beyond what I ever got from static posts. It’s raised both the FSB’s profile and my own credibility locally.”

“I expected a course about cameras and editing. What I got was something far more valuable — a total mindset shift. It made me stop and really think about my message, my brand, and who I want to speak to.”

Questions you're probably asking

Start with the questions your customers are already trying to answer.

What happened that made them start looking? What are they unsure about? What do they need to understand or believe before they’re comfortable taking the next step?

Work that out first and the video ideas become much easier. The camera comes later.

Possibly — but not because you suddenly need to become a content creator.

Think about what happens after somebody is referred to you. They look at your website. Search your name. Check LinkedIn. Try to understand whether you’re right for them.

Good video can help turn a warm introduction into confidence before the first conversation even happens.

Usually the problem isn’t that the video wasn’t polished enough.

It’s that nobody was clear about the job it needed to do.

Who was it for? What question was it answering? What should somebody think, feel or do differently after watching it? And where in the customer journey was it supposed to work?

That’s where I’d start before recommending another shoot.

Possibly several of them — but the platform shouldn’t be the first decision.

First decide who you’re trying to reach, what question you’re answering and what you want the video to achieve.

Then we can decide where that video is most useful.

A two-minute video answering an important buying question on your website may be worth considerably more to your business than 50 random social clips.

Yes. They don’t need to become presenters or spend half their week creating content.

The aim is to get the expertise that’s already inside the business out of people’s heads and into a format customers can use.

That might mean better preparation, interviewing rather than presenting, shorter filming sessions, stronger scripts or a repeatable process your team can actually sustain.

Start the approval process before filming, not afterwards.

We get clear on the message and develop the script or talking points in text first, so your own compliance people can review what is going to be said before time and money are spent producing it.

I don’t replace your compliance adviser. I help build video around the approval process you already have.

It depends on what you’re trying to make, how often you’ll need it and where your time is best spent.

If you need regular expert-led videos, building some capability internally can make a lot of sense.

If you need a high-value film, a complicated production or simply don’t want video production becoming somebody’s second job, outsourcing may be the better answer.

And sometimes the right solution is a mixture of both.

Virality is rarely the most useful measure for a trust-based business.

The better question is: did the video do the job we created it to do?

That might mean more of the right people watching, better engagement from existing prospects, fewer repeated questions in the sales process, stronger enquiries, more confident referrals or helping somebody take the next step.

Decide what success means before you make the video and measuring it becomes much easier.
